If you wish us to provide a quotation, please include the following information in the Comments section:

1. Quantity of garments to be decorated.

2. Brand, style #, and color of garment.

3. Description of locations to be decorated (eg. Left Chest, Full Front, Full Back, Sleeve, etc.)

4. Provide art (see Art Requirements) or indicate number of colors per location.

5. Date you need the garments to ship.

6. Do you want us to provide the garment blanks?
